What customization options are available?

We offer a wide range of bespoke add-ons and aesthetic features to personalize your river cabin boat.

How long does a modification take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the customization, typically between 2-6 weeks for work to be completed depending on the job.

Is there any booking i need to make to bring my boat in ?

Yes , we work on a book in ( first come first serve basis ) Reach out to us so that we can fit you into a spot in the queue.

Is there any deposit required before work starts on my boat ?

Yes , 50% deposit of invoice before any work is started. the last 50% is required to paid when work is completed. the boat will NOT leave the premises until account is paid full.

Is deposits refundable ?

No , deposits are not refundable. Deposits holds your spot in the queue ( if there is any ) deposits are also used to buy any materials required for the quote that was accepted.

Liability and risk ?

T’S Boats holds no liability for any damage , theft or destruction , Vessels are stored at our work facility at owners own risk.

How long do i have to collect my boat after it is ready for collection?

We will notify you on the day that your boat is ready for collection. we usually advise a day or 2 beforehand as well of when your boat will be ready for collection day. We allow customers 3 days (48-72) hours to arrange collection since we notified them. after 3 Days (72 hours) we will charge a storage fee amount of R250 per day.

What payment methods do you accept ?

Note : 3% of total will be added for Cash and Online payment method. EFT is our preferred payment method with no added cost. ( details on invoice )

In order to use the payment methods below you will need to request a payment link, we will send a link to make a payment towards your invoice.
